● $250 Initial 60 minute comprehensive psychiatric evaluation

● $95 Routine 20-25 minute medication management follow-up

● $190 Psychotherapy sessions 50 minutes

● $150 Initial weight loss only consultation 30 minutes, $95 follow-up 20-25 minutes

● $65 no-show/cancellation fee (if not canceled within 48 hours of scheduled appointment)
